Update nodejs_peri_downloader.js to the current downloaderNode.js code

I need to use nodejs_peri_downloader.js because I use MyOpenPeriscope as userscript on my mobile device. Currently it works well, except for download deleted private lives, since it does not use (and MyOpenPeriscope does not provide) the private lives key as a parameter, so it fails to try to access it after the live is deleted and Periscope prohibits access to the key. Thank you!
