Programming cable with pin IO0 jumped not allowing programming of camera #10

Glytch, this project is great, simple easy to put together and a nice way to DIY your own camera system. I have only had one issue, that is programming the camera. I have setup the UART programmer the way you show in the instructions, but the camera is NOT visible to the system and when I try to program, nope... have not been successful.
The only way that I can do it for now is to use the board that came with the camera... jump all the pins to the camera from the board and program. BUT that means I have to leave the breakout pins on the camera, and I can't close the case... without bending the pins :P
