Tool Confirmation not working when persisting session with Vertexaisession Service

Describe the bug

1. We have a MCP toolbox for databases deployed on cloud run .
2. Agent has access to these tools through toolbox-core
3. The Agent uses vertexaisessionservice and memory bank from Agent Engine
4. Enabling Tool Confirmation, where each tool from toolbox is made a FunctionalTool, the agent execution fails on Tool confirmation, meaning on ADK WEB , on giving the authorization , the agent execution fails
5. The Agent is deployed on Cloud Run

Expected behavior
The tool functionality to work without the agent failing

Hello! This one is a huge blocker for us, as it means that basically tool confirmations are not usable yet in production.

Any news regarding when it could be fixed?
