New Tag release.

There has been many bug fixes since the last tag release v0.3.0. It would be helpful if we do new tag release.
Few notable bug fixes

• fix unmarshalling of expr.Ct source register #301 — fix unmarshalling of expr.Ct source register (NFTA_CT_SREG not handled in unmarshal, causing SourceRegister to always be false on read-back)
• Add missing ct keys #310 — add missing ct keys
• Add optional direction field #317 — ct: add optional direction fields
