remove `emb` package at `goplus/lib`

What I Did

I successfully removed the emb package from goplus/lib as requested. Here's what was done:

Analysis

• Located the emb directory containing 329 files across 2 main subdirectories (machine and runtime)
• Verified no external dependencies - only internal self-references within the emb package itself
• Confirmed the package has been moved to https://github.com/goplus/emb

Changes Made

✅ Removed entire emb directory (329 files including):

• emb/machine/ - board definitions and machine-specific implementations
• emb/runtime/volatile/ - volatile register implementations
  ✅ Committed changes with proper attribution
  ✅ Pushed to branch xgopilot/claude/issue-24-1761633225
  ✅ Created pull request: Remove emb package (moved to goplus/emb) #25

The PR is ready for review and will close issue #24 when merged.
