does this project convert only the images exists in dataset and downloaded images or can I use it to convert my own images?

It can be used, but you must write an inference script, taking the stylegan_adversarial config as a basis. We are working on updating the code and adding the inference script for ease of use, but I can't give you an ETA on that now.
