Dear Guilherme, We actually tried it to deploy in our labs, with focus on instrument control. At the time, the student that was dealing with it got stuck with the USB issue. Apparently it is very tricky to have access to the USB, serial ports or any other physical interface that is available in the host computer. Are you aware of any solution for this issue? Do you have the Dockerfile for that? Actually, Docker offers some ways of dealing with that. There is the --device flag that you can run while running docker run, like that:

docker run -t -i --device=/dev/ttyUSB0 ubuntu bash

or , since a usb its nothing but a filesystem, you can run the docker with privileges and mount the volume where the usb is, like this:

docker run -t -i --privileged -v /dev/bus/usb:/dev/bus/usb ubuntu bash

@Guilhermeslucas, this sound great, is there a way to load all the USB ports available in the computer? We actually use a plenty (including extra PCI-express-2-USB cards). Thanks!

Running

df -h

will list for you all the devices plugged in the system and where they are mounted! This can help you find out about the devices!
