  • Be able to submit tickets via the contact form
  • List tickets on the staff portal
    • Filter tickets by status
  • Allow tickets to be edited
  • Notes field on tickets that let staff put whatever they want in there.
  • Allow staff to claim a ticket, making it as claimed.
    • Other staff may claim tickets that are already claimed.
    • If you are assigned to the ticket, you may unclaim it by clicking the same button that would've assigned you.
    • (Optional) Other staff may be assigned to tickets via a nice dropdown autocomplete.
  • Mail System #20
  • Replying to tickets sends an email from support@khe.io
  • Sending a reply or receiving a reply appends the message to the ticket itself
