Attributes System

[cseitz]

• Ability to have self-contained objects that can be attached to database entries.
• Attributes will be tied to specific types of data and will be clearly shown, searchable, and editable via the frontend.

Users

• under-18 can be added to Users to specify that they are under 18 years old. This lists them as being required to fill out the minor waiver, and the attribute will contain its own state to identify the status of their waiver (not yet filled, filled, etc).
