Fix image upload on apple target

Image upload on apple targets is broken:

• Works fine on Android
• on iOS & macOS no logs, infinite loading

@nrobi144 I want to implement File Upload in my KMP app but unfortunately, I can't found a working example yet. is this because Multiplatform File is missing?

@shakil807g I've tested it this morning, and this specific issue is UI related only. Images are successfully uploaded on macOS.

• Related to the networking part here you'll find the multipart implementation
• Since we only upload Images our abstractions are based on NSImage/UIImage on the native part. But I think you can find a somewhat similar implementation with NSFileHandles. Here is the expected ImageFile, actual Android implementation and actual iOS implementation
