Investigate using Neotest as a plugin for testing software.

Considerations

1. Running tests in Docker containers.
2. Running tests respecting version managers (e.g. mise, asdf, rbenv, nvm, etc).
3. Dynamic settings based on workspace/directory. Is there another plugin to consider using for this?
