scoping of dashboard, patients and notifications

Right now, under notifications, patients and the dashboard i can see all patients that are placed on the wards I selected in the main nodes. However we should probably just show patients/notifications/tasks in these views that are also assigned to my team/clinic, right? So the combination of ward + team/clinic?

This might a problem of the scaffolding file
