Description

Full SDLC pipeline for solo founders and teams up to 50 engineers. Plug it into Claude Code, describe a feature, make two decisions (approve architecture, approve ship) — seven role-specialized agents handle everything in between.

Pipeline: tech-lead (Opus) → senior-dev (Sonnet) → /review ×12 → qa-engineer (Haiku) → security-officer → devops → l3-support

1. /start "add Stripe subscriptions to our SaaS" → full pipeline: arch doc → TDD → 12-angle review → QA → PCI-DSS checklist → canary deploy. Two approval gates.

2. /review → 12 independent angles, each finding rated P0/P1/P2. P0 blocks the gate.

3. /inbox → open gates + blocked tasks + incidents + DORA/SLO alerts in one view.
