Problem

I have been looking for a way to disable backgorund thumbnail generation , but there seems no way. It is very useful to save resource and reduce preview studio lags.

Proposed solution

Flag or configuration to disable backgroudn thumnail generation for both compositions and timeline

I have a 20 min long video, and a good 16gb i7 12th gen system. But the lag is next level when scrubbing through timeline and also the play/pause button becomes unresponsive
