iOS with Voiceover focus on control then button causes jump back to control #60
Description
Observed on non-GOVUK services as well as in GovUK design patterns.
When moving through a form, if an input is focussed (causing the keyboard to display), when the submit button is reached the focus will move back to the last previously-focussed input.
A bug is open with Apple (although talks about external keyboard use which I can confirm, although this is happening since unpairing the keyboard too) https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213238
