What is the issue
There is a link of the the readme page regulations-to-make-public-sector-websites-and-mobile-applications-accessible.md that links to a confluence page. Said confluence page url links to a "... has been deleted" notice in confluence.
What steps are required to reproduce the issue
- Navigate to line 57 of the file.
- Click the accessibility statement templates to be used within HMRC link
- Observe the "... has been deleted page"
