file_get_contents(http://forest.hobbytes.com/media/os/update.php): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

This error indicates that access to the "http://forest.hobbytes.com/media/os/update.php" resource is prohibited, which is very strange. Now I tried to install the system and I have succeeded. Do you have the right server configured? What version of php? Have you changed the php settings as described here?
