Source for version 0.5.3 is missing. Why newer R version just for doc changes?

CRAN currently offers pbkrtest 0.5.3. I would like to browse this version's changes, however it seems this repo does not contain it yet.

Actually, I want to find out why 0.5.3 needs R 4.2.0 instead of 4.1.0. The NEWS file just says:

pbkrtest 0.5.3 (Release date: 2024-06-26)

Changes

• Improved documentation of PBmodcomp, KRmodcomp, SATmodcomp

This does not sound like requiring a new R version.
