What it does: Exposes Legrand / BTicino / Netatmo wired smart-home devices paired with a
Netatmo Home + Control gateway to HomeKit: on/off switches and outlets (Switch), dimmers
(Lightbulb with brightness), and roller shutters (WindowCovering). Polling with graceful
degradation when the Netatmo API returns partial responses.
