Include High-Performance Linpack Tutorial

I've written a tutorial on high performance linpack (HPL) and HPCG appropriate for computer scientists who want to understand this historic benchmark for the top500 list.

What's the best way to get it added to hpc-carpentry?

Well, goes to show how long it is since I looked at this repo, it took me twenty minutes to figure out how to do that.

Right now, you would need to do two things:

• You would need to add your "organisation" frobnitzem to https://github.com/hpc-carpentry/hpc-carpentry.github.io/blob/main/feeds/other_lessons.R#L45. You can use https://github.com/hpc-carpentry/hpc-carpentry.github.io/blob/main/feeds/hpc-carpentry_lessons.R#L47-L50 for inspiration here.
• You need to add specific topics to your lesson in the About section
  • Indicate the lesson maturity: pick from pre-alpha, alpha, beta, stable
  • Add an hpc-carpentry topic
  • You need to indicate it is a lesson with the lesson topic

Based on these the site should then automatically pick up the current lesson and any other lessons from your organisation that include those topics
