Public current status and usage information page

Create a new, static, page to display the published entity status and download usage information available both from the new status and usage endpoint and pages available with Google Analytics stats for the main HuBMAP web site and the HuBMAP Data Portal.

Example json as it will come from the status and usage endpoint

Create three tabs:

• Usage and Data (from the status and usage endpoint)
  • Data Usage total (similar to what is in the Data Transfers section on the Data Usage Dashboard
  • A table with organ types and counts
  • A table with dataset types and counts
• Data Portal Stats -a view/iframe of the Data Portal Google Looker view for Data Portal available in the Data Usage Dashboard
• Web Portal Stats -a view/iframe of the Data Portal Google Looker view for Web Portal available in the Data Usage Dashboard
