Consider pointing folks to other TLS solutions

Hi! I was hanging out in office hours and I asked a question about the state of hyper-tls and if there were plans to retire it. There are a few other better tls implementations that we could direct folks to instead in documentation. @seanmonstar Pointed out making an issue to start this discussion might be a good idea.

Does this mean that there won't be a hyper-tls release that is compatible with hyper v1.0?

I think a more appropriate replacement is https://github.com/rustls/hyper-rustls instead of tokio-rustls
