Investigate ways to use git submodules to better compose dotfiles

Currently all my dotfiles are in this repo.

I want this repo to be public so that colleagues can crib from it.

I also want the option to not have all my dotfiles public. chezmoi supports git submodules, and should be able to authenticate as me via SSH by the point it runs.
