Credit checker is broken

Describe the bug
A fresh impulse install will have the credit checker say that cl_mainmenu is edited and doesn't have the proper credits when it is a fresh install

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Freshly install impulse enchanced\
2. Join server
3. See error

Expected behavior
It will let you in
