Update copy and link

In the file acorn/disk1/public/index.html we refer to modern C++14 and still link to the old IncludeOS repo location (<a class="btn btn-default" href="//github.com/hioa-cs/IncludeOS">)

The index.html file also uses a really old version of Bootstrap and an old version of jQuery.
