A useful addition for modpack creators that are making larger quest books would be a completed chapter objective.
Similarly to the "quest_complete" objective/requirement this objective would require an entire chapter to be completed.
While this is technically possible by repeatedly using the quest_complete objective, in larger scale chapters this can quickly make the quest visually unappealing.
