Table readability

Can we make the table a slightly more readable format? It's almost impossible to use in browser...

A second pass of this will have to be unstructured: the general oddness of how data is actually dumped by states evades an easy checklist. E.g. PA dumps line itemizations of contributions and expenditures (but not independent expenditures), but there's no way to retrieve the sum of unitemized contributions, or the total raised from the bulk files. That information is available in the original files, but... That's the level of detail we need to collect...
