But like to work with Plumed patch-up (2.5.2) with gromacs.

what I meant is that the repo you are referring to is just a tutorial.

Gromacs and plumed are hosted in our account in anaconda cloud https://anaconda.org/intbio/repo
And the relevant recipes are https://github.com/intbio/gromacs-conda and https://github.com/intbio/plumed-conda
So I suggest that you post a ticket to the relevant recipe github repo, describing exactly what version of gromacs and plumed you need. And we'll try to include them during the next update.
