Doing a spot check, I see the out of tree idpf uses napi_alloc_skb, and in-tree did pick up napi_build_skb with the following commit: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/90912f9f4f2d159e93cf9a4c732506342489a1d5 Any chance we could pick that up here?
