which versions of pdfsharp are used?

Hi we're looking into expanding your plugin at the AEC Hackathon in copenhagen right now,. but we can't build as we are unsure which versions of pdfSharp you included.

THe project references are pointing to a local project on your computer... Would it work with nuget - in that case which nuget packages did you use?

I use a modified version of pdfsharp (attached), which I never got around to republishing on the pdfsharp repo.
I'll do so, but in the meantime, here is the zip.
