[Bug] - On iOS the webview is not resized when the keyboard is resized

Current Behavior

When using the keyboard with the configuration KeyboardResize.Native and expanding the keyboard, from the accessory bar form (when using external keyboard) to full on-screen keyboard, the webview is not resized.

Here there is a demonstration video. The steps

• Touch on the input area to open the keyboard and type something
• Start typing with the external keyboard tho shrink the on-screen keyboard
• Touch on the button to hide the keyboard
• Touch on the input area again, only the keyboard bar will open
• Press the button on the keyboard bar to show the on-screen keyboard

Expected Behavior

When the keyboard size changes, the webview should be resized.

I have the same issue.

1. Focus input: Keyboard opens regularly
2. Resize keyboard by either typing on external board or via minimize button -> keyboard resizes and view is adjusted correctly

3) focus out of the input 4) refocus the input -> hover keyboard opens, but a keyboard size of 98 is identified. Thus, the ion-app is reduced by 98px 5) Now tap on the keyboard settings -> "show keyboard" and the keyboard opens without a resize event. Keyboard height stays at 98px 6) Focussing out an into the input reopens the keyboard with regular height and resizing
