specs.ipfs.tech uses absolute URLs for links, assets

It seems that the specs website is using absolute links for __everything__. If I want to load the CID from the DNSLink in a path gateway it will all be broken. Maybe we want to fix this. Fine for subdomain gateways, which should be the default for these kind of situations, but still not nice.
