i have swisscom internet provider and I can't open any swisscom ch all green what can I do ? thanks

What do you mean with: "all green" ?
You need true Swisscom wired network with/without wireless wifi (excluded mobile cellular below)
If you are on Swisscom mobile network, multicast won't work, blocked volontary. (too much udp flood traffic)
If you are connected to a vpn on Swisscom network, udp multicast range could be blocked.

Do you have a virtual machine ?
if yes, you need to update driver of your software virtualization.
if Windows 10, you need to disable the network card that you won't use (Windows 11 is not affected by this issue)
if no, you need to check your firewall on your internet gateway or/and computer to open port udp 10000 (ten thousand)
set your network profile as private/business allow all traffic (not public block all except tcp by default (Windows 11)
