Description
Metadata - Upload
As a CDC employee I want to receive valuable information on a patient and their contacts.
- I want the uploads to contain timestamps and possibly locations (even rough ones).
- I want contacts to signify which user confirmed infected they have been in contact with.
- Ideally they should be able to prove this contact to establish a reliable infection chain.
