Add categories in the sidebar of the Nova theme

Hi, my suggestion is as follows:

I would really like you to add a separation by categories in the Sidebar, where certain utilities are separated, because right now when one places Addons in the Nova Theme the sidebar feels very crowded and many times it is very complicated to find what one is looking for.

Describe the solution you'd like

the solution would be to add a category manager where you can create and delete categories, move the sections to different categories according to your choice (obviously that also comes a default config) so everything would be much more orderly and the nova theme would have more points compared to others.

it (sometimes) works, but the tab below the separator doesn't move

probably best to replace it with a UI-only version in the Routes page
