Need to be able to flag candidates on the application lists in each exercise ie some marker to show there is a character or eligibility issue

Need to link Eligibility outcomes to the candidate statuses and how the candidate is ultimately placed in the lists. ie a candidate who passes the QT but is then considered ineligible would appear in the shortlisted list but not appear in the selected list. Check with teams on this Claire
