Deleting vanilla slices/layouts/biomes does not remove them from the UI

Cannot reproduce. Clicking the delete button and confirming in the dialog does correctly delete layouts/slices for me. If they are still used in other places those places are replaced with "Unassigned".

Please provide a step-by-step for how to reproduce the issue.

May I send you my snowcapped file to see if it's something I did? I'm not sure on the steps to reproduce myself, but it has been happening to me consistently, but I cannot get it to happen on a fresh snowcapped instance. I'm pretty sure this is only a visual bug, as I do get the "Unassigned" as well.
