Add option for covariates in model number input

The SPSS PROCESS macro has an option to add covariates. Currently, we only allow this in the variable input interface.

I tried to uncomment the code, but the UI didn't change. I'll dig deeper soon, but was this not supposed to change the UI?

Should we use the same approach as the mediation analysis, i.e. partial out the effect of control variables from all variables included in the model? (that's what I would do anyhow)

In the SPSS macro, there are three options:

• Include covariates for dependent and all mediators
• Include covariates only for mediators
• Include covariates only for dependent

I think the first makes the most sense too, but I don't think it would be too hard to implement all three options, allowing the user to switch.

For me, uncommenting did change the GUI. Maybe if you restart the nightly and install the dev module with the uncommented code it does change?
