When installing Microsoft c/c++ and gnu global at the same time, opening a large project and using the jump function and find references, vscode seems to give priority to the analysis results of c/c++, so gnu global will not work.But I want to use some of the functions of the two plug-ins, so I am sad

I meet same issue, when default C/C++ plugin add, it don't work. Looks like some conclict.
