No instructions for uninstall provided

There are instructions to install, but not even the setup.py --help provides instructions to uninstall.

I suggest this should be in the README?

It just like any other python pip package:
pip uninstall -r apt-select

I didn't use pip to install. I didn't even have it installed on my machine.
