Case-sensitive codes break some keybinds.

I have noticed some skills aren't configured correctly, such as dark ranger's black arrow ([anba] vs [ANba]) and Death Knight's Animate dead ([auan] vs [AUan]). Other abilities are probably affected, but I haven't had time to test a lot of them.

Note to self, it could be interesting to save a default config with the in-game hotkey editor and cross-reference the output from this tool, to see if there's a quick and easy fix until/if this is solved.
