chore switching improvements

I have a few issues with the implementation from #113 that I'd like to talk through and get feedback from @eemersonrosa and Jay on:

1. "it never removes points" I feel like the idea of "this kid did their chores as of 10am and then at 11am I swapped a chore to go to them and shouldn't remove today points" is janky. if I touch the chores a few times, then that added chore is now part of the required chores for the day for points. Its just weird. It feels like if a chore goes to a kid who has done their chores, their day is now not complete and shouldn't be getting credit.
2. having a 2nd button to move a chore which is NOT a common task is a lot of functional space used up. And it looks janky for various ones too:

Could we instead have long press on a chore checkbox bring up the context menu for that chore for reassigning it to someone else?

I mentioned bringing up a context menu and not just an assignee picker because I think it could be nice to add "snooze for a day" or "snooze for a week" options in there. Or other things that could be nice to do on a chore quickly. then in the admin panel, create a chore settings sub-tab and move the chore settings into that. Create an option to allow/disable snoozing and/or reassignment from dashboard. Allows a PIN backed area to prevent that from being a thing.

Also, we need to fix the overlay text on chore due-time sounds at the global level since the title ("Default sound") is down in the textbox where the default value, "(none)" is:

Totally agree and I started to add the option to just put a toggle in to enable/disable chore swapping, but I actually like the long press idea way more. My kids have already see the potential in unrestricted, or at least accessible, access to chore swapping without anyone being the wiser.

I'm thinking this through further, and I want to check your reasoning on point 1: that if a child completes their chores and the get their clam reward, and then you decide sometime later that they really should be doing X other chore, it should reset the completed status, remove the current rewarded clams to 0 again and show as if the day is yet to be completed again. I think that makes sense if I'm understanding.

The selected option on long press bring up a new modal pop up to select the option, ie: show the individual to transfer to or show the a date/time selector in which to snooze to. In both cases the admin pin code pop up will appear to confirm the authorized user is making the change and not any of the children deciding they don't want to work a particular chore.

Speaking of taking up too much functional space. I'm going to eliminate the crontab column under the schedules list, as it's redundant since it shows the next occurrance and most people won't read cron expression, so it's a bit much to show since it's on the edit of a chore.
