Create a feature guide that explains this feature fully and place it in the docs\guides directory. Include a wiki entry so that people can read the docs.
Also, we should add some chores that don't have any clam values to better show off how it works. Right now, there are only 3 chores and all have clam values. Provide a more robust sample set for users to play with.
