App icon does not appear in upper-left corner when running in Linux

While the issue of running linux from source is fixed, at the moment the app's icon only appears in the taskbar and not in the upper-left corner of the app's window.

This is specifically in Linux systems; Windows execution does not have this problem, will report back regarding MacOS behavior
