[Bug] Mark as read button slow to load

The mark as read on expando and mark as read button for link posts don't appear on first page load and take up to a minute to load in some cases.

View on first page load.

Expando button loaded after ~10 seconds, but mark as read on links not loaded.

Mark as read button loaded after a further 30 seconds.

The load time varies, if it loads and I refresh the same page it's much quicker, so I'm guessing it's something running in the background for each post that takes a while.

Hmm, I think I might have an idea as what is happening. When the page first loads, it will look for posts and adds the button to them, but if the posts haven't fully loaded yet, it can't find them, therefore doesn't add the mark as read button. To add the button to new posts, there is an observer watching for new posts to be loaded in; when it detects a new post, it will look for any posts missing the button and then adds it. This could explain the time delay and why it varies, it's waiting for a new post to load in.

Instead of waiting for a new post to load before checking to make sure all posts have the mark as read button, it could instead listen for when you scroll, and use that as the trigger to check and append the button. I've used this method for some other features, and it seems to be a more reliable solution.
