Feature: config for exec codeception in a docker container

Would nice to allow testing in docker containers, that contains Codeception inside, and to provide correct run command for projects that have docker-compose with one or more services.

• Make previous tests pass.
• Implement run-file-in-docker command.
• Make tests for run-file-in-docker command.
• Implement run-method-in-docker command.
• Make tests for run-method-in-docker command.
• Implement run-all-in-docker command.
• Make tests for run-all-in-docker command.
• Create an interface for the new pathToService setting.
• Update docs with examples.

As a workaround: it is already possible to run codeception from a container, like so:
