Feature request: The ability to freeze the first N rows of the spreadsheet; ideally, this setting could be remembered for the specific file.

Currently, for our CSV files, the first three rows are all headers, but we can only freeze the first row, and we have to redo this setting each time the file is reopened. It would be extremely useful if we could select the first three rows (or the first N rows) in the view and freeze them!
