Ability to apply columnwise filters and stream large files? #80

Hello, thank you so much for this amazing extension! I switched from ExcelViewer to this one! The only feature that I finding lacking is the ability to apply per column filters that ExcelViewer allows. This would also mean a "Clear Filter" option to reset all filters too I think, and a sense of "memory" of the filters applied (re-opening the file opens it with the previously applied filters already in effect, until reset?). The second feature is the option to setup the extension to load at most 10K (configurable) rows at a time instead of the entire CSV? Default behavior can be to load the entire file, but configuring it means it would prevent annoying "File too large, configure memory" pop-ups from VSCode. Thank you for considering these!
