Question about data privacy in CSV extension

Hi,
I'm interested in using your CSV extension but need to verify data privacy practices for my use case. Could you confirm:

1. Does the extension process CSV files entirely locally within VS Code/Windsurf?
2. Is any data sent to external servers or third-party services?
3. Does it collect any telemetry or analytics on file contents?
   I asked a similar question before but I work with sensitive data and need to ensure files remain on my local machine only so I need a more detailed answer please.
