Changes not synced between multiple editors, resulting in lost work when saving #190

Description

@nglgzz

Describe the bug.

When using two Mark Sharp editor tabs to edit a file, changes are not kept in sync between the two editors, resulting in only the changes from the last tab saving actually being saved.

Love the extension, but I lost a day of work this way, so I can't really use it in the current state. Happy to help debug if more info is needed.

Repro Steps

  1. Open the Mark Sharp editor for a markdown file
  2. Duplicate the Mark Sharp editor (using the split editor button in VS Code)
  3. Make changes from both editor tabs
  4. --> The changes are not synced between the two tabs (I'd expect them to be in sync)
  5. Save (can save on just one tab or even both, the same issue happens).
  6. Only the changes from the last tab that saved are kept, the two tabs are still out of sync, reloading the window loses the changes from one of the two tabs.
